What type of files are accepted?

We accept the following File Types:

  • Illustrator (.AI)
  • Vector (.EPS)
  • Photoshop (.PSD)
  • PDF
  • JPEG
  • TIFF

We prefer .AI or .EPS files first because Vector images can be scaled without affecting quality. We prefer .PSD or .PDF second & .JPG or .TIFF last.

What are your minimums?

There is a 12 piece minimum for custom screen print orders. There are no minimums for digital heat transfers.

What methods do you use to print apparel?

All our methods are printed in our factory so there are no middlemen. We offer silkscreen printing, which is the most durable. We also offer digital heat transfer in which you can print real life photos on garments, vinyl transfers for numbering and naming sports team apparel. We also offer different specialty inks i.e. foil transfer, puff ink, glow-in-the-dark, fluorescent ink, Metallic ink, Glitter ink, Reflective ink. To customize your apparel with any of these different specialty inks, please e-mail us the specifics.

What is the difference between screen printing and digital heat transfer?

Screen printing uses a stencil method and plastisol inks to print images onto garments. It provides a highly durable image and is ideal for large orders.

Digital heat transfers use a traditional screen printing press to print a design on a special paper. The printed design is then applied on the substrate using a heat press. This is an ideal option to print photos onto apparel as well as vinyl naming and numbering onto sports apparel.

Turn around time for custom printed apparel is 5-10 business days from the time your order is placed until the day it is shipped. This turn around time can vary depending on the size of your order and how much work is needed to prepare your artwork. We do offer EXPRESS and RUSH service for a moderate fee. We will quote you a turnaround time once you place an order.

How can I lower the price of my order?

There are three ways to lower the price of your order.

1. Reduce the number of colors and print areas in your design

2. Choose a less expensive garment style

3. Order more at a time to reduce the cost per garment
